Erasmo Millan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriana Benitez having to interfere. In the 15th minute, António Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Saturnino Eyague sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Villa Mitre's Lucien Otter didn't even have to move. If Erasmo Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adriana Benitez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Millan, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Eugenio Hanot fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CENTRAL ENTRERRIANO FC's protests and gave Eugenio Hanot a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Alvaro Azevedo made a precise shot to the right of Lucien Otter. Villa Mitre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erasmo Millan to strike the kick off in the second half. When Isaac Montrelle came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the CENTRAL ENTRERRIANO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Montrelle couldn't finish the play. Villa Mitre's Lucien Otter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Azevedo in the 63rd minute of play. Lucien Otter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo Matro went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Villa Mitre's Lucien Otter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Montrelle in the 69th minute of play. Americo Miliano took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucien Otter. Lucien Otter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. If Alvaro Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Villa Mitre's Lucien Otter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Iratzeder in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Montrelle in the 77th minute of play forced Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Lucien Otter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucien Otter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Iratzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 85 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Miliano came free, but Lucien Otter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Raimundo Matro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucien Otter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that CENTRAL ENTRERRIANO FC were the better team. CENTRAL ENTRERRIANO FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
