Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Freddy Elazar took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Black Sails's zone, Freddy Elazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Gabino came out of the goal and Freddy Elazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alonzo Hotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Tonio in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Cecilio Eli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alonzo Hotz. The goal made the score 1-0. A collision led to Maravilla FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Placido Herauso hit a great ball. A collision led to Maravilla FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jacobo Orlin hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Cecilio Eli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Hotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, Black Sails's Amadeo Tonio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alonzo Hotz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnoldo Olo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Martin Gabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Orlin in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of Black Sails booed when Maravilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Herauso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnoldo Olo, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Cecilio Eli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Cecilio Eli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alonzo Hotz, passed just outside the right post. Maravilla FC's Alonzo Hotz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Maravilla FC from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cecilio Eli made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Amadeo Tonio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Hotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Tonio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cecilio Eli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 58 played minutes Maravilla FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Oliviero. Alonzo Hotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Olo in the 59th minute of play. After 62 minutes, Cecilio Eli made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Maravilla FC's Alonzo Hotz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Primitivo Transito charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Transito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th match minute, Black Sails was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Transito to maneuver through the defense. If Cecilio Eli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeo Tonio took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alonzo Hotz. Alonzo Hotz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Amadeo Tonio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Hotz having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Jacobo Orlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Amadeo Tonio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amadeo Tonio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Alonzo Hotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 96 minutes, Cecilio Eli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Sails's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Eli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
