DEPORTIVO 25's supporters rose to their feet, but Dario Carlomagno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Roano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, Nicanor Nerio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of La Fragata's Martin Roano. Martin Roano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Abella in the 17th minute of play forced La Fragata's goalkeeper Martin Roano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Roano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Enekoitz in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, DEPORTIVO 25's Nicanor Nerio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martin Roano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Martin Roano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Carlomagno, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Olaf Zerde was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th match minute, La Fragata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olaf Zerde to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Solustiano missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 28 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Martin Roano right hand side. 30 minutes into the match, La Fragata's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Nerio came free, but Martin Roano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Nerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ortzi Baca charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ortzi Baca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Ortzi Baca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, La Fragata's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Nerio came free, but Martin Roano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Dario Carlomagno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Roano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Octavio Abella left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DEPORTIVO 25 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

After 53 minutes, Alfredo Alfonso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DEPORTIVO 25 and the La Fragata players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to DEPORTIVO 25 getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Alfredo Alfonso hit a great ball. Martin Roano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Nerio in the 61st minute of the match. Donovan Quinn's late challenge caught a DEPORTIVO 25's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Roano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. 77 minutes into the match, DEPORTIVO 25's Dario Carlomagno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martin Roano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Mariano Buinton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mariano Buinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Roano made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Dario Carlomagno sent off a good shot on target.
