When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Prudencio Oxel sped through Giant Killing's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anastasio Edur. When Teofilo Sansone came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Dyablo fans jumped to their feet. Anastasio Edur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prudencio Oxel's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Prudencio Oxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dyablo's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Oxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasio Edur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dyablo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
