The tension between the InFerNo Club and the Bicha players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes InFerNo Club got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Rojelio. The audience held their breath when Serafin Olayo in the 21st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Fabio Tonete's left hand side. In the 23rd minute Virgilio Frasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Tonete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Virgilio Frasco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Tonete. InFerNo Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Virgilio Frasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Fabio Tonete stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Virgilio Frasco's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Rolando Kepa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Virgilio Frasco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. InFerNo Club's Rolando Kepa suffered a concussion after 80 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Timo during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th match minute, Bicha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Timo to maneuver through the defense. Bicha's Jacinto Sidoro was substituted for Serafin Olayo. After 82 played minutes Bicha got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Timo. Ruben Fortun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Tonete having to interfere.
