Spectators: 6911 (Terracing: 5410, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 1) Irene FC's Ruperto Mede started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Chumillo AFC's zone, Ruperto Mede stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Iratzeder came out of the goal and Ruperto Mede tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 11 played minutes Blas Beat rounded Chumillo AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 14th minute, Irene FC's Fulgencio Piorno seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fulgencio Piorno the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Irene FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fulgencio Piorno had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 14th minute, Fulgencio Piorno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Albino Urdaspal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th minute, Irene FC's Blas Beat dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Caniggia in the 21st minute of play forced Chumillo AFC's goalkeeper Edgardo Iratzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Iratzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Caniggia, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Chumillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Beat came free, but Edgardo Iratzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Blas Beat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Iratzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chumillo AFC's Edgardo Iratzeder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Chumillo AFC from getting a goal against them. Alexandre de Queirós charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandre de Queirós the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexandre de Queirós hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

If Serafino Honrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Iratzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Honrio in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Maximino Fidele notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Chumillo AFC's Edgardo Iratzeder. Edgardo Iratzeder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Serafino Honrio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgardo Iratzeder was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 66th minute, Blas Beat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgardo Iratzeder was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After 83 minutes of play, Irene FC's Blas Beat made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgardo Iratzeder was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chumillo AFC's Edgardo Iratzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Fidele in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chumillo AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ruperto Mede was slow to take the kick. During this time Irene FC's players had a chance to rest. Edgardo Iratzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Beat, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Paul Caniggia notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Chumillo AFC's Edgardo Iratzeder. Edgardo Iratzeder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Irene FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
