The supporters of Irene FC booed when Campito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hipolito Heriberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Caniggia in the 7th minute of the match. Ruperto Mede blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hipolito Heriberto having to make a save. 8 minutes into the match, Campito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Mede came free, but Hipolito Heriberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Caniggia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hipolito Heriberto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Marciano Gizon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hipolito Heriberto. Marciano Gizon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Hipolito Heriberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Mede in the 22nd minute. In the 27th minute, Ruperto Mede sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Campito FC's Hipolito Heriberto didn't even have to move. Hipolito Heriberto made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Ruperto Mede sent off a good shot on target. Evaristo Mancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hipolito Heriberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Irene FC. Campito FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruperto Mede was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Felix Ascencio charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Ascencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, Campito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Ascencio to maneuver through the defense. Campito FC made a substitution. Cayetano Sol replaced Conrado Theobald. After 83 played minutes Campito FC got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Azevedo. In the 87th minute Paul Caniggia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Heriberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Irene FC's Ruperto Mede nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hipolito Heriberto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. In the 95th minute, Blas Beat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Irene FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
