Fabio Juvenal came out of the goal and Celestino Frederico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Chasicó FC defense, Celestino Frederico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Juvenal. The Chasicó FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Juvenal should have stopped the shot. Abel Valiente came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Chasicó FC's Denis Cresencio. But to his dismay, Denis Cresencio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Fabio Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Santos in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Santos was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Chasicó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Santos came free, but Fabio Juvenal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
