The Tekno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amador Cayo should have stopped the shot. Amador Cayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Tancredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The supporters of Huase booed when Tekno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Crispo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Orlando Guillen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfonso Mede was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Amador Cayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amador Cayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Codruț Zâncă, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Santo Paio kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Codruț Zâncă's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Amador Cayo - 1-4 was put on the score board in the 55th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Huase's Cristobal Loco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amador Cayo. That made the score 1-5 after 65 minutes of play. 77 minutes into the game, Huase's Ricardo Tancredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amador Cayo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Orlando Guillen struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Alfonso Mede didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tekno. When Ricardo Tancredo came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Huase fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Tancredo couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Ricardo Tancredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Cayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. With 95 minutes on the clock, Antonio Chan commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tekno! The Tekno fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Huase were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
