Spectators: 7149 (Terracing: 5363, Seating: 1644, VIP seats: 142) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aaron Iaki made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Aaron Iaki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 8 minutes, Aaron Iaki made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Sourthen Tigers's Benicio Tadzio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aaron Iaki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Sourthen Tigers getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Lino Silbestre hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Los Fruteros's Corneliu Cămătaru got a free kick in the 16th minute. When Desiderio Fagildo came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Sourthen Tigers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Fagildo couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Sourthen Tigers's zone, Aaron Iaki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Tadzio came out of the goal and Aaron Iaki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arsenio Arnau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benicio Tadzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Iaki in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Aaron Iaki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sourthen Tigers's zone, Aaron Iaki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Tadzio came out of the goal and Aaron Iaki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Los Fruteros's Aaron Iaki got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benicio Tadzio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Iaki's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Los Fruteros's Marcelino Basualdo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benicio Tadzio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th minute of the match Sourthen Tigers got a corner. Los Fruteros's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eriberto Breogan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Sourthen Tigers's Eriberto Breogan to fire away a dangerous shot which Mircho Vezenkov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Desiderio Fagildo was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Aaron Iaki put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Benicio Tadzio. After a rather tough play, Los Fruteros's Aaron Iaki got a free kick in the 59th minute. Arsenio Arnau struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Benicio Tadzio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Fruteros. After 66 played minutes Aaron Iaki could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-4 into the left cross. In the 73rd minute, Aaron Iaki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benicio Tadzio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 79th minute Hugo Chavez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Tadzio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Iaki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sourthen Tigers booed when Los Fruteros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Arnau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aaron Iaki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Tadzio having to interfere. Aaron Iaki's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Benicio Tadzio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Marcelino Basualdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Aaron Iaki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benicio Tadzio was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Los Fruteros's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
