Santo Asur received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Simon Mundo came out and tried to block the shot, but Santo Asur slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Evelio Vimaro came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.San Martin de Tucuman's Evelio Rumaldo. But to his dismay, Evelio Rumaldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeronimo Sanduru got free with Simon Mundo in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Pincha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Kepa came free, but Evelio Vimaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pincha FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jacobo Koldo hit a great ball. If Cleto Feo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Simon Mundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Sanduru in the 29th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Pincha FC's Jeronimo Sanduru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Simon Mundo. That made the score 2-1 after 31 minutes of play. In the 34th minute, Pincha FC's Fabiano Borges ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simon Mundo. Simon Mundo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Jeronimo Sanduru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pincha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeronimo Sanduru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Mundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeronimo Sanduru might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Mundo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeronimo Sanduru ran back to his position shaking his head. If Santo Asur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Oriche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Mundo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Pincha FC's Jeronimo Sanduru shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, C.A.San Martin de Tucuman's Marciano Kepa got a free kick in the 51st minute. After having played for 52 minutes, Santo Asur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pincha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santo Asur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 53 minutes of play, Pincha FC's Jeronimo Sanduru made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simon Mundo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enrique Oriche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jacobo Koldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Mundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Oriche, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Evelio Vimaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Rumaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Saverio Horado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pincha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. When Enrique Oriche fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pincha FC's protests and gave Enrique Oriche a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Enrique Oriche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Pincha FC's Stewart Holman got a free kick in the 85th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Gonsalve was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.San Martin de Tucuman's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pincha FC the free kick. In the 91st minute, Baldomiro Gonsalve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marciano Kepa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Vimaro having to interfere. Pincha FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
