Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Nemesio Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Feo in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.San Martin de Tucuman's goalkeeper Simon Mundo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Raimundo Gamus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rivadavia AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Gamus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Mundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Simon Mundo managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Rivadavia AFC's Raimundo Gamus fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cleto Feo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Errando having to interfere. After 19 played minutes C.A.San Martin de Tucuman got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Gonsalve. Raimundo Gamus's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Simon Mundo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Raimundo Gamus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Mundo having to interfere. Rivadavia AFC's Nemesio Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Kepa in the 30th minute of play. Raimundo Gamus took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Mundo. Simon Mundo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Adan Michael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Simon Mundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Mundo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Gamus in the 41st minute. Ezequiel Lucila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rivadavia AFC's Raimundo Gamus got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raimundo Gamus to make the kick off. If Ezequiel Lucila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd match minute, C.A.San Martin de Tucuman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Rumaldo to maneuver through the defense. When Raimundo Gamus came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Rivadavia AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Gamus couldn't finish the play. Ezequiel Lucila charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ezequiel Lucila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Diego Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After some careless play in the C.A.San Martin de Tucuman defense, Anacleto Montes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Mundo. The C.A.San Martin de Tucuman fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simon Mundo should have stopped the shot. Nemesio Errando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Feo in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Rivadavia AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
