Spectators: 7071 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 20) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Celedonio Donio started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Gaxan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Funes's Adriana Milian. Adriana Milian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th minute, Albino Quinten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adriana Milian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Gaxan went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Alhuevo F.C's Filomeno Oton got control of the ball when Celedonio Donio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celedonio Donio in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Filomeno Oton, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Celedonio Donio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Filomeno Oton. That made the score 1-2 in the 23 minute of play. Filomeno Oton didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 3-2. After a rather tough play, Funes's Amancio Rudolfo got a free kick in the 35th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 53 minutes of play, Funes's Albino Quinten made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filomeno Oton was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 55th minute Reynaldo Gaxan suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 56th match minute, Funes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cemil Sipahi to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Lesardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Funes's zone, Leon Escobar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriana Milian came out of the goal and Leon Escobar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Celedonio Donio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Funes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Anacleto Lorencio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alhuevo F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Anacleto Lorencio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriana Milian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filomeno Oton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cemil Sipahi in the 87th minute of play. When Celedonio Donio came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Funes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Donio couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the game, Funes's Victorio Tolino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filomeno Oton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. There was no doubt that Funes were the better team. Funes's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
