Eriberto Olayo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in LAZIO FC's zone, Marcial Aurre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Hustaz came out of the goal and Marcial Aurre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aldo Hustaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Desiderio Ortzi in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Rodriguez in the 38th minute of play forced Titam City FC's goalkeeper Domingo Egoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sergio Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Desiderio Ortzi to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes LAZIO FC got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Alonso. The supporters of LAZIO FC booed when Titam City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Olayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute Sergio Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Egoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Titam City FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. LAZIO FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
