In the 22nd minute of the match, Thomas Zachrisson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Raul Paz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Serafin Larpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucio Llorenc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Lluterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Belgrano's zone, Roman Lluterio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucio Llorenc came out of the goal and Roman Lluterio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucio Llorenc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Mosen, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, C.A.Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Lluterio came free, but Lucio Llorenc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Zachrisson got free with Raul Paz in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucio Llorenc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Erramun in the 42nd minute of play. Lucio Llorenc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Mosen in the 44th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Lucio Llorenc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amado Mosen in the 53rd minute. Amado Mosen took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucio Llorenc. Lucio Llorenc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 73rd minute, San Cristobal's Roman Lluterio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as San Cristobal's Roman Lluterio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucio Llorenc. That made the score 0-4 after 77 minutes of play. 85 minutes into the match, C.A.Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Erramun came free, but Lucio Llorenc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fermin Valente's late challenge caught a San Cristobal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fermin Valente helped the player get up and apologised. Fermin Luken kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. C.A.Belgrano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Cristobal the free kick. San Cristobal's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
