But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adan Cresencio couldn't finish the play. If Benedicto Lucado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Basilio Luke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Fidensio having to interfere. a2toques FC's Manuel Leal got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 98 minutes into the match, Natalia Natalia's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Abadia came free, but Emilio Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddy Mundo hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. Manuel Leal struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Emilio Fidensio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for a2toques FC. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The a2toques FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Natalia Natalia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
