Clemente Arce was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luciano Jerardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Enol having to interfere. Luciano Jerardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eriberto Enol having to make a save. When Alonzo Machado came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Los Malon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonzo Machado couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute, Alonzo Machado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruben Demario hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Luciano Jerardo struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Eriberto Enol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Malon. After a rather tough play, Vistalba's Sebastian Lauren got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 32 played minutes Los Malon got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Jerardo. 36 minutes into the match, Vistalba's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Jerardo came free, but Eriberto Enol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angel Castulo might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Arce. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angel Castulo ran back to his position shaking his head. Celestino Bautista kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Jerardo in the 47th minute of play forced Vistalba's goalkeeper Eriberto Enol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luciano Jerardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
