Elias Beliran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. German Haritzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Blai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Curhuani AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Camillo Di Leonardo was slow to take the kick. During this time Ordóñez F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Arnoldo Su almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Curhuani AFC's German Haritzeder did a great save. When Ordóñez F.C.'s Alfredo Deunoro, in the 37th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ordóñez F.C.. Gogo Blai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nardo Obiaga in the 41st minute of the match. Teodosio Sanson took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gogo Blai. Gogo Blai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. A collision led to Curhuani AFC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Herminio Raitin hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Gogo Blai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Sanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 54 minutes Ordóñez F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Everardo Ourente who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Curhuani AFC's corner Everardo Ourente fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gogo Blai quite easily take care of the ball. Curhuani AFC's Teodosio Sanson got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenio Lugo got free with Gogo Blai in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Sanson in the 61st minute of play forced Ordóñez F.C.'s goalkeeper Gogo Blai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curhuani AFC's German Haritzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Beliran in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elias Beliran in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg German Haritzeder saved Curhuani AFC from getting behind. In the 68th minute, Nardo Obiaga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gogo Blai was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Ordóñez F.C.'s Gogo Blai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Lluques in the 74th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Curhuani AFC's zone, Donato Raulo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. German Haritzeder came out of the goal and Donato Raulo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Sanson hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Gogo Blai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Lluques in the 79th minute of play. German Haritzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Beliran in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Nardo Obiaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Blai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes in the game Alfredo Deunoro did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Elias Beliran.
