Severo Ibar took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesar Alfonso. Cesar Alfonso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Feliciano Abarca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cesar Alfonso. Guayamba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliciano Abarca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Cesar Alfonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Ibar in the 9th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Guayamba defense, Biagio Treglia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cesar Alfonso. The Guayamba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesar Alfonso should have stopped the shot. Cristobal Emenon kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Severo Ibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Gorka during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute, Manuel Gorka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30thth minute of the game Biagio Treglia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guayamba's Cesar Alfonso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cesar Alfonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Ibar, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Ezequiel Oxarra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Guayamba booed when Lincho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliciano Escobar scored 0-4 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesar Alfonso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severo Ibar made a kick off. Guayamba's Cesar Alfonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Ibar in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Biagio Treglia in the 57th minute of play forced Guayamba's goalkeeper Cesar Alfonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Alfonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Abarca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesar Alfonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Abarca, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, Lincho's Felix Galtero got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Guayamba's Ezequiel Oxarra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inocencio Jacindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Biagio Treglia made a precise shot to the right of Cesar Alfonso. Guayamba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. 78 minutes into the game, Feliciano Abarca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lincho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guayamba the free kick. In the 78th minute, Feliciano Abarca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesar Alfonso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Lincho's Feliciano Abarca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cesar Alfonso. That made the score 0-9 after 95 minutes of play. The Guayamba fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lincho were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
