The supporters of Embalse FC booed when Médanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Silvanito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Embalse FC's Florencio Orti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Rivas in the 6th minute of play. Embalse FC's Genaro Cordera got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emilio Silvanito hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Fidel Ciano took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florencio Orti. Florencio Orti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Ciano got free with Florencio Orti in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lukas Hammarberg took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerardo Dominguez. Gerardo Dominguez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 33 minutes into the match, Embalse FC's goalkeeper Florencio Orti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Ciano. Emilio Silvanito hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Embalse FC's Florencio Orti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Rivas in the 37th minute of play. Gerardo Dominguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Hammarberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saturnino Rivas during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Médanos got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Rivas. Florencio Orti came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Médanos's Saturnino Rivas. But to his dismay, Saturnino Rivas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute, one of Médanos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Médanos. In the 61st minute of the match, Basilio Selatse got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gerardo Dominguez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 63rd minute, Fidel Ciano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florencio Orti was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After a rather tough play, Médanos's Emilio Silvanito got a free kick in the 68th minute. Basilio Selatse in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gerardo Dominguez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Florencio Orti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Ciano in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Amancio Ofelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Ofelio in the 77th minute of play forced Embalse FC's goalkeeper Florencio Orti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florencio Orti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Ciano in the 79th minute of play. Sixto Aguilera might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florencio Orti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sixto Aguilera ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute, Fidel Ciano made a precise shot to the right of Florencio Orti. Embalse FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Florencio Orti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Ofelio in the 90th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Médanos's zone, Basilio Selatse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerardo Dominguez came out of the goal and Basilio Selatse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Lukas Hammarberg took a quick shot and it went in 4-3 without a chance for Gerardo Dominguez to make any attempt to save it. Médanos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
