Ulises Che charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulises Che the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Siberia getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ulises Che hit a great ball. Jeremias Pepillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Chago in the 12th minute of play. If Conrado Lehoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaston Chago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jeremias Pepillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Siberia's zone, Conrado Lehoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Montrell came out of the goal and Conrado Lehoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Feliciano Hustaz kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Alt. River Plate's zone, Gaston Chago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Pepillo came out of the goal and Gaston Chago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Alt. Genaro Bartolome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Genaro Bartolome suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 41 minutes into the game, Feliciano Hustaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Siberia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Alt. River Plate the free kick. After 42 played minutes Siberia got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Hustaz. Club Alt. River Plate's Conrado Lehoi got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Club Alt. River Plate booed when Siberia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Bermund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guaberto Pereyra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Conrado Lehoi made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Gaston Chago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Siberia's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaston Chago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Pepillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcial Montrell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conrado Lehoi's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. If Guaberto Pereyra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Conrado Lehoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Alt.
