Camilo Bixintxo charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Bixintxo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Camilo Bixintxo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Geronimo Oliverio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Abalos having to interfere. After 29 minutes of play, Diamante FC's Artemio Liher made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliciano Henry was left in no man's land by his defense there! Artemio Liher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Henry having to interfere. Jimeno Quintana scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliciano Henry, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Samuel Iturri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Rodrigo Abalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Real Crespense's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Baraquiel came free, but Feliciano Henry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artemio Liher's late challenge caught a Real Crespense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimeno Quintana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
