After a defensive mix-up in Solo Power Team's zone, Julio Innocenzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Esquipula came out of the goal and Julio Innocenzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Solo Power Team's Ruperto Quinten got a free kick in the 29th minute. If Donato Matai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Esquipula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Innocenzio in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Matai in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Esquipula prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clemente Urbez's late challenge caught a Solo Power Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clemente Urbez helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vaqueros getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Clemente Urbez hit a great ball. Julio Innocenzio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonas Esquipula having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Donato Matai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vaqueros's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Matai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Esquipula breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute Julio Innocenzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Esquipula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Donato Matai made the kick off in the second half. Julio Innocenzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. In the 82nd minute of the match, Paolo Mikolas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonas Esquipula was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Eloy Laurentzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Caitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
