After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Abelardo Guerau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matadores FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Guerau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Eutropio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gregorio Tiniebra in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Eutropio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Higinio Che made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Abeitia in the 55th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Denis Eutropio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Guerau came free, but Denis Eutropio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute of the match, Jonathan Urtun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Denis Eutropio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Racing Club's Denis Eutropio got control of the ball when Severiano Abeitia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matadores FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
