If Arnoldo Ciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Sixto Argider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Delmiro Confesor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Bingen was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Despite being the better team, Tucumán AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
