After a rather tough play, The B.O.P.E's Danilo Gartzi got a free kick in the 9th minute. Jimeno Bazil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joélson Dracena in the 42nd minute of play forced The B.O.P.E's goalkeeper Clodoveo Orlandus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Gora was the one to do the kick off. Marciano Etxekopar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Aquino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Monte Grande FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joélson Dracena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind The B.O.P.E's goalkeeper Clodoveo Orlandus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 76 minutes, Adrian Gora mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The B.O.P.E and the Monte Grande FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Monte Grande FC booed when The B.O.P.E was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Gora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Aquino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernabe Kaxen went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The B.O.P.E were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Monte Grande FC for a fine match.
