David Tohias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Distiratsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Lázaro Peio hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, Balde's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Peio came free, but Eusebio Meder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The PATAGONIA F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 77 minutes into the match, Lucio Distiratsu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of David Tohias, 1-3. Eusebio Meder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Quintin in the 80th minute of play. After some careless play in the PATAGONIA F.C defense, Lucio Distiratsu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Tohias. The PATAGONIA F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Tohias should have stopped the shot. A collision led to PATAGONIA F.C getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. PATAGONIA F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balde the free kick. In the 91st match minute, PATAGONIA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Clementi to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, Balde's Santos Jerardo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide.
