If Lino Seber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Franja de Oro 's Ubaldo Mel got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Seber in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlo Negro saved Juveniles Sabaleros from getting behind. Carlo Negro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Quilo in the 60th minute of play. After 62 played minutes Juveniles Sabaleros got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Lobo. Carlo Negro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Seber in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Franja de Oro booed when Juveniles Sabaleros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalin Barakov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlo Negro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Tono in the 90th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Astor Loren hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Virgilio Xabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Nayely, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Franja de Oro were the better team. Franja de Oro 's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
