Spectators: 7147 (Terracing: 5361, Seating: 1644, VIP seats: 142) Miranda FC's Peter Mols started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Miranda FC's Andres Banegas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlo Negro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Guillermo Boni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rosendo Nayely in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute of the match, Rosendo Nayely got a very nice opportunity to score, but Guillermo Boni was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rosendo Nayely in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guillermo Boni saved Miranda FC from getting behind. Carlo Negro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Mols's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Baldomero Ihintza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Carlo Negro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Astor Loren struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Guillermo Boni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juveniles Sabaleros. Peter Mols's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlo Negro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Carlo Negro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Ihintza in the 30th minute of the match. Marcial Florin lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Juveniles Sabaleros fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Miranda FC. Andres Banegas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Carlo Negro. 0-3. Laureano Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Juveniles Sabaleros players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Miranda FC were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rosendo Nayely to make the kick off. Carlo Negro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Mols in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 minutes Juveniles Sabaleros's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andres Banegas who took care of the corner kick. Rosendo Nayely received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Guillermo Boni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Loren in the 62nd minute of play forced Miranda FC's goalkeeper Guillermo Boni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Rosendo Nayely cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Guillermo Boni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute, Jaime Lobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Peter Mols sped through Juveniles Sabaleros's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlo Negro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Ihintza in the 79th minute of play forced Juveniles Sabaleros's goalkeeper Carlo Negro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlo Negro made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Peter Mols sent off a good shot on target. After 84 played minutes Juveniles Sabaleros got a freekick which was hit by Leon Urtun. The supporters of Miranda FC booed when Juveniles Sabaleros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Nayely didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Nayely in the 91st minute of play forced Miranda FC's goalkeeper Guillermo Boni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guillermo Boni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Nayely, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
