Higinio Elodio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cirilo Nalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Asmo Leino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Medardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, Canalejas FC's Benigno Eron got a free kick in the 38th minute. Higinio Elodio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Orzaize in the 42nd minute of play. Aureliano Quintyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Higinio Elodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Canalejas FC's Higinio Elodio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Satordi in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Canalejas FC booed when Tulumba AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Sugar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Rachid Zidane's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Medardo was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rachid Zidane in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. If Bernabe Orzaize had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice moves Cirilo Nalo could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Higinio Elodio however easily saved by the left post. Teodosio Eneko made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tulumba AFC's Sebastian Tauro. After a defensive mix-up in Tulumba AFC's zone, Rolando Manilan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Medardo came out of the goal and Rolando Manilan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cirilo Nalo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Higinio Elodio firmly grabbed it by the left post. 72 minutes into the match, Canalejas FC's goalkeeper Higinio Elodio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cirilo Nalo. Tulumba AFC's Ivan Medardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rachid Zidane in the 75th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Evaristo Santikurtz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tulumba AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canalejas FC the free kick. When Rachid Zidane came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Canalejas FC fans jumped to their feet. One of Canalejas FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tulumba AFC:s goal. 2-2 came through a penalty shot after 83 played minutes, when Tulumba AFC:s Cirilo Nalo calmly waited for Canalejas FC:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. A collision led to Tulumba AFC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Sebastian Tauro hit a great ball. If Aureliano Quintyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rachid Zidane kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The Tulumba AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Canalejas FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
