Venancio Porfirio came out of the goal and Aureliano Quintyn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ATLETICO 12 FC's Venancio Porfirio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Satordi in the 65th minute of play. If Cirilo Nalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, one of ATLETICO 12 FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ATLETICO 12 FC. Tulumba AFC's Ivan Medardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Tulumba AFC from getting a goal against them.
