With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Iraitz in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Primo saved Independiente de Dorrego from getting behind. Stayle's Lino Damario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Stayle from getting a goal against them. When Andres Tuste came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Independiente de Dorrego fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Tuste couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Tuste in the 18th minute of play forced Stayle's goalkeeper Lino Damario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jacobo Natal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Jacobo Natal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Primo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Gavino Hustaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jacobo Natal came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Stayle fans jumped to their feet. After a rather tough play, Independiente de Dorrego's Valentin Gaitan got a free kick in the 41st minute. Independiente de Dorrego's Marcial Primo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Natal in the 44th minute of play. Gavino Hustaz in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lino Damario, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacobo Natal was the one to do the kick off. Romeo Iraitz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 59th playminute. In the 63rd minute Jacobo Natal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Primo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Turi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Damario having to interfere. If Romeo Iraitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the game, Romeo Iraitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Marcial Primo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rosendo Ramond kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Maximino Turi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lino Damario was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Stayle had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
