When Ovidio Lizbeth fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urquiza FC's protests and gave Ovidio Lizbeth a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Ovidio Lizbeth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pastor Lleir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicasio Teodor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Erasto having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Lleir in the 25th minute of play forced Urquiza FC's goalkeeper David Erasto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Pastor Lleir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. David Erasto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ettore Berardini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Celino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Lleir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. David Erasto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Erasto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Lleir in the 41st minute of play. When Nicasio Teodor came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the La COSTA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicasio Teodor couldn't finish the play. In the 48th minute, Nicasio Teodor made a precise shot to the right of David Erasto. Urquiza FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3.

The wind increased when Fabian Celino made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Urquiza FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pastor Lleir fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. David Erasto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Teodor, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Victorio Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Urquiza FC's zone, Nicasio Teodor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Erasto came out of the goal and Nicasio Teodor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. La COSTA FC made a substitution. Igor Belasko replaced Jeremias Mannuel. 71 minutes into the match, Nicasio Teodor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of David Erasto, 1-4. The supporters of Urquiza FC booed when La COSTA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armandinho Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Pastor Lleir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Erasto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. La COSTA FC's Ettore Berardini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Celino in the 82nd minute of play. Victorio Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ettore Berardini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Romeo Rayman's late challenge caught a Urquiza FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Rayman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind La COSTA FC's goalkeeper Ettore Berardini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, La COSTA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Cosme to maneuver through the defense. La COSTA FC's Pastor Lleir came free and shot a quick shot against goal 92 minutes in the game, fortunately David Erasto had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Nicasio Teodor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. La COSTA FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
