When Leonides Raymon fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored saco fc's protests and gave Leonides Raymon a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Orkatz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Higinio Chaime's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Cosme Rufo's late challenge caught a Askamon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cosme Rufo helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes saco fc got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Rufo. Aquilino Pero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Orkatz having to interfere. In the 24th minute Higinio Chaime shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Higinio Chaime in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Orkatz saved saco fc from getting behind. 66 minutes into the game, Askamon FC's Esteve Edorta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Orkatz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Nestor Jerico kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteve Edorta got free with Daniel Orkatz in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Askamon FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than saco fc.
