Franco Canadiense's Angelo Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Raymon in the 12th minute of play. After 17 played minutes, Franco Canadiense's Victor Loi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Orkatz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Franco Canadiense reached it. Ildefonso Oriche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Daniel Orkatz made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavio Madaleno during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Flavio Madaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Arnulfo Salvator managed to get in a good position for a shot. Franco Canadiense's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Salvator was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franco Canadiense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave saco fc the free kick. In the 42nd match minute, Franco Canadiense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Loi to maneuver through the defense. Ildefonso Oriche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Orkatz having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ambrosio Aballe made the kick off in the second half. If Arnulfo Salvator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 55th minute Ildefonso Oriche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to saco fc getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Cosme Rufo hit a great ball. Arnulfo Salvator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Daniel Orkatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leonides Raymon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ambrosio Aballe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The excitement rose when saco fc's Leonides Raymon after 73 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Franco Canadiense's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-1. Arnulfo Salvator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Daniel Orkatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind saco fc's goalkeeper Daniel Orkatz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Ildefonso Oriche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Orkatz came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Franco Canadiense's Arnulfo Salvator. But to his dismay, Arnulfo Salvator quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Daniel Orkatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Salvator in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Franco Canadiense's goalkeeper Angelo Quirce, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Leonides Raymon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. saco fc's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
