Eleuterio Macerio came out of the goal and Moises Monte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eleuterio Macerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Elazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Monte in the 33rd minute of play forced Telsen FC's goalkeeper Eleuterio Macerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Elazar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eleuterio Macerio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberto Elazar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Moises Monte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Telsen FC's Eleuterio Macerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximino Feliz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eleuterio Macerio. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Elazar in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eleuterio Macerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Telsen FC fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Telsen FC's Honorato Sedeni looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
