Tobar AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colorinche the free kick. The supporters of Colorinche booed when Tobar AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Eguzki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colorinche's Baldomiro Formerio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 28th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Felix Tanio but with some difficulty. When Emilio Lizardi came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Colorinche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilio Lizardi couldn't finish the play. Felix Tanio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Lizardi in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute Bogdan Popescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Cuartio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogdan Popescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Cuartio having to interfere. Bogdan Popescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Ermegildo Cuartio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
Colorinche's Ermegildo Cuartio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Ramos in the 53rd minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, Tobar AFC's Bernardo Ramos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Cuartio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colorinche's Ermegildo Cuartio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Colorinche from getting a goal against them. In the 62nd minute, Bernardo Ramos made a precise shot to the right of Ermegildo Cuartio. Colorinche's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 66th minute Jeremias Lluc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Tanio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Tanio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Mitxaut in the 70th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tobar AFC's goalkeeper Felix Tanio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 74 minutes into the game, Victoriano Garoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colorinche's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tobar AFC the free kick. The tension between the Colorinche and the Tobar AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 80 played minutes Colorinche got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Formerio. In the 85th minute Jeremias Lluc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Tanio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-3 became the score in the 89th minute when Emilio Lizardi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Emilio Lizardi sped through Tobar AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Felix Tanio. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
