Mertheolates F.C's Ladislao Manny quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nunez Urbez, made in the 10th minute of the game. Amancio Egoi struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Astor Naike didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mertheolates F.C. Amancio Egoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ladislao Manny kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Jonathan Oalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Perfecto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Mertheolates F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Pietro came free, but Generoso Perfecto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eduardo Etxeberri kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Celestino Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Mertheolates F.C's Jaime Garaile sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Astor Naike narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jaime Garaile's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Astor Naike skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 46th minute, Atletico Juventud FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Celestino Tajo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jaime Garaile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Naike having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Garaile to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Jaime Garaile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Naike saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celestino Tajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Astor Naike tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogelio Bieito received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Generoso Perfecto came out and tried to block the shot, but Rogelio Bieito slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 57th minute. Aquiles Rexino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Astor Naike tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mertheolates F.C's Celestino Tajo got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Uriel Pietro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Juventud FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mertheolates F.C the free kick. A collision led to Atletico Juventud FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Uriel Pietro hit a great ball. Aquiles Rexino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Naike having to make a save. Astor Naike showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Tajo in the 82nd minute of the match. Astor Naike took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Rexino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Aquiles Rexino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Naike saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Mertheolates F.C's goalkeeper Generoso Perfecto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gervasio Montez. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gervasio Montez in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Generoso Perfecto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94th minute Atletico Juventud FC were awarded a corner. Vladimiro Argi went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Vladimiro Argi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Generoso Perfecto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
