After some careless play in the ALG F.C. defense, Rolando Tanio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pastor Cefero. The ALG F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pastor Cefero should have stopped the shot. In the 13th minute, Ismael Barrionuevo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 16 minutes, Ismael Barrionuevo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REYES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Barrionuevo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th match minute, ALG F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Bidari to maneuver through the defense. Serafino Bilbo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pastor Cefero. ALG F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bartolo Maties showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Abastas in the 21st minute of the match. Pastor Cefero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rolando Tanio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 23 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiburcio Raphael during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ismael Barrionuevo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pastor Cefero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolando Tanio went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 62nd minute, Jaime Eder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ismael Barrionuevo in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pastor Cefero saved ALG F.C. from getting behind. Bartolo Maties was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Honorio Tercero. There was no doubt that REYES were the better team. REYES's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
