Guaberto Iigo made in the 17th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Miroslav Ihnát. Severo Quinton kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Carmelo Bemabe might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodolfo Orkatz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carmelo Bemabe ran back to his position shaking his head. If Edelmiro Cordeara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justino Lucila was the one to do the kick off. After 69 minutes, Nikolay Gurevich mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Madryn FC and the Cordobita players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nikolay Gurevich got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Madryn FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. The Madryn FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cordobita's performance. The match ended with a win for Cordobita.
