It was a penalty for Belgrano! Botyo Pirovski placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 9 played minutes Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Cortez. In the 10th minute of the match Jacinto Lop sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mario Arnas skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Belgrano getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Esteban Bizi hit a great ball. In the 11th minute, Botyo Pirovski made a precise shot to the right of Mario Arnas. Belgrano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th minute, Jacinto Lop got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Otsando to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Javiero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Arnas was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. 22 minutes into the game, Rocambole FC's Leopoldo Javiero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-3 in the 30th minute. Mario Arnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Botyo Pirovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Botyo Pirovski in the 37th minute of play forced Belgrano's goalkeeper Mario Arnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Arnas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Botyo Pirovski's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. The Rocambole FC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Rocambole FC's Leopoldo Javiero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Gerardo Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mario Arnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Javiero in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerardo Cortez to make the kick off. Leopoldo Javiero did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Mario Arnas 51 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Botyo Pirovski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Arnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Rocambole FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronny van Damme to maneuver through the defense. Mario Arnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Botyo Pirovski in the 63rd minute of play. When Botyo Pirovski came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Rocambole FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Botyo Pirovski couldn't finish the play. With his leg Mario Arnas managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Rocambole FC's Leopoldo Javiero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 70 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Javiero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rocambole FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgrano the free kick. Leopoldo Javiero hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Mario Arnas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 74 minutes into the match, Botyo Pirovski notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Belgrano's Mario Arnas. Mario Arnas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leopoldo Javiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Belgrano's Mario Arnas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano from getting a goal against them. Botyo Pirovski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 88 minutes, Botyo Pirovski made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Belgrano's Mario Arnas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Botyo Pirovski in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Arnas saved Belgrano from getting behind. If Leopoldo Javiero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rocambole FC played a much better game than Belgrano and deserved their victory. The Belgrano players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
