Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Asber FC's Niceto Rey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zeledon Nesto came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Athletic Qizio's Ulises Bastian. But to his dismay, Ulises Bastian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Niceto Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. If Ulises Bastian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Ulises Bastian put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Zeledon Nesto. After 28 minutes of play, Athletic Qizio's Lorenzo Haritzeder made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeledon Nesto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Faustino Gamus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Rey in the 35th minute of the match. When Domingo Chabier came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Asber FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Chabier couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulises Bastian to make the kick off. When Lorenzo Haritzeder came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Athletic Qizio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Haritzeder couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Athletic Qizio's Ulises Bastian got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 55 minutes, Romulo Gilen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Athletic Qizio and the Asber FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Dario Ciano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asber FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dario Ciano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faustino Gamus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the match, Athletic Qizio's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Rey came free, but Faustino Gamus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romulo Gilen got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Francisco Fernado charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Fernado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Niceto Rey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Faustino Gamus was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Zeledon Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Bastian in the 70th minute of play. Athletic Qizio's Faustino Gamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Rey in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Asber FC booed when Athletic Qizio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Haritzeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingo Chabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 89th minute Niceto Rey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulises Bastian kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zeledon Nesto. That made the score 0-5 in the 93 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Athletic Qizio walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
