Niceto Rey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Dalmau having to interfere. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Niceto Rey sped through Solasuti's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Remigio Dalmau. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Chabier in the 32nd minute of play forced Solasuti's goalkeeper Remigio Dalmau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Domingo Chabier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Remigio Dalmau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Niceto Rey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remigio Dalmau having to make a save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niceto Rey was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Domingo Chabier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remigio Dalmau was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Solasuti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Asber FC the free kick. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Niceto Rey sped through Solasuti's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Remigio Dalmau. 89 minutes into the match, Solasuti's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Rey came free, but Remigio Dalmau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingo Chabier struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Remigio Dalmau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asber FC.
