Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Apolo Silvino took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Aquiles FC's Apolo Silvino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel Ekhi in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Beturian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavino Telmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Jacobo Beturian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mandiyú's zone, Apolo Silvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Otsoa came out of the goal and Apolo Silvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Fidel Otsoa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 15th minute, Rogelio Ceandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Beturian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Ekhi in the 20th minute of play. Jacobo Beturian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Ekhi, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Victorino Oton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Telmo in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Beturian saved Aquiles FC from getting behind. When Aldo Sanson fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aquiles FC's protests and gave Aldo Sanson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd match minute, Aquiles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Sanson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Mandiyú booed when Aquiles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Silvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Mandiyú's Abel Ekhi got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Celso Jokin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fidel Otsoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Ekhi got free with Jacobo Beturian in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Aquiles FC booed when Mandiyú was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Fernanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles FC's Jacobo Beturian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Ekhi in the 68th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damaso Pelayo during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mandiyú's Damaso Pelayo got a free kick in the 71st minute. Victorino Oton might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fidel Otsoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorino Oton ran back to his position shaking his head. Abel Ekhi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Jacobo Beturian skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Victorino Oton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Aquiles FC's Aldo Sanson got a free kick in the 80th minute. Jacobo Beturian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Ekhi in the 82nd minute of the match. Celso Jokin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorino Oton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Otsoa having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Apolo Silvino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aquiles FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Silvino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aquiles FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
