An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Lucian in the 10th minute of play forced Sueldos's goalkeeper Gilberto Etxahun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Abar in the 11th minute of play forced AC Pilin's goalkeeper Iker Lore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Moises Steven who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Pilin's Iker Lore was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, Enrique Mateo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sueldos's Gilberto Etxahun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Montrell in the 32nd minute of play. Donato Abar took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Lore. Iker Lore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Moises Steven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Iker Lore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Sueldos's Moises Steven nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Lore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 49th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Pilin's goalkeeper Iker Lore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Sueldos were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cornelio Montrell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iker Lore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Steven in the 53rd minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Sueldos's Donato Abar in the 55th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Iker Lore was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for AC Pilin through an amazing save. Donato Abar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Iker Lore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Moises Steven left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sueldos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 65th minute, Sueldos's Moises Steven ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iker Lore. Iker Lore yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Iker Lore made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Moises Steven sent off a good shot on target. Zacarias Rudolfo charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacarias Rudolfo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sueldos's Zacarias Rudolfo got a free kick in the 71st minute. Severo Sedeni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Etxahun having to interfere. Aquiles Hanni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC Pilin! In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Sueldos. Moises Steven stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Iker Lore. 0-6. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cornelio Montrell during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sueldos booed when AC Pilin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Montrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Pilin's goalkeeper Iker Lore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iker Lore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Abar, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Moises Steven could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Iker Lore made a huge save. Sueldos played a much better game than AC Pilin and deserved their victory. The AC Pilin players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
