The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilio Cugat was the one to do the kick off. Gilberto Kuoni scored 0-6 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Batista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Hotspur Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Frasquito came free, but Gilberto Batista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hotspur Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelino Maxin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filip Löfskog breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilberto Batista made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Gilberto Kuoni sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Cugat in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filip Löfskog prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gilberto Batista made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Gilberto Kuoni sent off a good shot on target. The Sepulturas FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sepulturas FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
