In the 15th minute of the match, Jonathan Xabier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Justino Medardo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 16th minute Longchamps FC were awarded a corner. Guaberto Tino went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Guaberto Tino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Justino Medardo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 19 minutes into the match, Guaberto Tino notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Legionarios del Desierto's Justino Medardo. Justino Medardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Justino Medardo managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Longchamps FC's Guaberto Tino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonathan Xabier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Justino Medardo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Justino Medardo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Jonathan Xabier sent off a good shot on target. Alkis Belevonis kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Longchamps FC's zone, Antonio Errando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Furtado came out of the goal and Antonio Errando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the game, Hernan Viviano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Longchamps FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Legionarios del Desierto the free kick. When Legionarios del Desierto's Denis Calixto in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Longchamps FC's goalie prevented a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Longchamps FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Lapurdi came free, but Edgardo Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guaberto Tino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guaberto Tino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th minute, Desiderio Suero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Honorato Perutxo could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Edgardo Furtado however easily saved by the left post. In the 79th minute, Denis Calixto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Legionarios del Desierto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Honorato Perutxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Furtado made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Denis Calixto sent off a good shot on target. Eugenio Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Longchamps FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Legionarios del Desierto for a fine match.
