Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Melchor Senon made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Anibal Ihazintu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonio Ourente. Anibal Ihazintu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 9th minute Melchor Senon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaston Panpili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Garaona having to interfere. Melchor Senon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute, Baltasar Peio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melchor Senon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Garaona having to interfere. Narciso Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Senon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Felipe Otsoko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonio Ourente was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anibal Ihazintu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ranquiles FC's Mauro Unax got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Ranquiles FC's Antonio Ourente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Norino in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute Anibal Ihazintu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Ourente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Ourente came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tuclame FC's Felipe Otsoko. But to his dismay, Felipe Otsoko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Tuclame FC's Anibal Ihazintu got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonio Ourente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Ihazintu in the 71st minute of play. Antonio Ourente didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anibal Ihazintu went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Tuclame FC's Narciso Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Senon in the 76th minute of play. Leon Rocio charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Rocio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes Ranquiles FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Rocio. Antonio Ourente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Ihazintu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Ranquiles FC's zone, Felipe Otsoko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Ourente came out of the goal and Felipe Otsoko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipe Otsoko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Ourente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Ihazintu in the 92nd minute of the match. If Felipe Otsoko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Anibal Ihazintu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Ourente. Ranquiles FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anibal Ihazintu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tuclame FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ranquiles FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
