Thanks to some nice moves Gaston Enetz could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Marco Lobo however easily saved by the left post. In the 45th minute of the game Edelmiro Nikola made a throw-in which Mariano Ugutz played forward. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Celestino Vincent got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score.
