Hernan Oroitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39thth minute of the game Victorino Idacio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VirBon's Ceferino Phelipe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Scotland Yard were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Dalmacio Montae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Eudoxio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Victorino Idacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Freddi Kunz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scotland Yard's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddi Kunz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nunez Primo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Scotland Yard's Paolo Tulio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorino Idacio in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceferino Phelipe saved VirBon from getting behind. Victorino Idacio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Ceferino Phelipe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Hernan Oroitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scotland Yard's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernan Oroitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Phelipe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victorino Idacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. After 80 played minutes Scotland Yard got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Burutzagi. 82 minutes into the match, Scotland Yard's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Iban came free, but Dalmacio Montae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Scotland Yard booed when VirBon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Bermund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorino Idacio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Ceferino Phelipe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 88th minute, Luisito Hechter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VirBon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 94th minute, Bruno Eudoxio made a precise shot to the right of Dalmacio Montae. Scotland Yard's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. VirBon succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Scotland Yard had controlled the match.
